Millers Cottage, a delightful two-storey stone and slate retreat, offers modern accommodation while preserving its original charm. Ta Mill, a picturesque Cornwall retreat on the outskirts of Bodmin Moor, holds a collection of 15 quality self-catering holiday cottages and lodges, including Millers Cottage.

As you enter the charming open-plan living area, you'll be greeted by exposed beams and slate floors, complemented by a Contura wood-burning stove, resting on a circular slab of natural local slate, creating the ideal ambience for a relaxing evening. The area also offers two comfortable sofas and a Smart television for your entertainment. Additionally, the downstairs area boasts underfloor heating, adding to the overall comfort and cosiness of the space. The area leads around to the well-equipped kitchen ensuring you have everything you need for your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. On the first floor, the spacious bedroom features vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and boasts a leather king-size bed and a leather double sofa bed. A dressing area complements the space and the en-suite bathroom complete with a bath with an overhead shower, wash basin, and WC finishes off the first floor.

Stepping through hardwood, french doors you open onto a slate, south-facing patio which is a real suntrap. There is outdoor furniture seating up to four guests and a charcoal barbecue available for your use.

Ta Mill House is close to the ancient wonder of Bodmin Moor with standing stones, quaint streams, woodland and lakes. Whether you want to take in the sea air or take to the waves, the surfing beaches of the north coast are a 20-minute drive away. At Ta Mill, you can enjoy a range of activities, including a 9-hole pitch'n'putt course, a games room featuring table tennis, a pool table, darts, and various other games, as well as an outdoor play area for children. For fitness enthusiasts, there's a fully equipped gym to help you stay active during your stay. Additionally, you can elevate your experience with the option to hire a hot tub, swim spa, and a wood-fired sauna privately, adding a touch of luxury to your getaway.
