The bustling harbour and all of the local amenities are just a stroll around the corner so there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained.  It's layout is well arranged over three floors with two good sized bedrooms and family shower room. Plus it has the benefit of its own parking space right outside the front door.

Fold down dining table seating 4.  Back door to rear street.   First floor has the master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed with large wardrobe.  Family shower room has shower, wc and wash hand basin. The second foor has a good sized twin bedroom with two 3 ft single beds and plenty of storage space. Fantastic views over the beach and Banjo pier from both bedrooms.

Outside and Parking: Private parking in front of the front door for one car. Other parking in the town carpark at current council prices.
