The bright and sunny accommodation consists of a dual aspect sitting room with leather seating and restful views of the countryside, a dining room overlooking the pleasant gardens, a modern newly fitted kitchen and a small garden room.

There are two bedrooms, a double with lovely rural views and a family room with a double and a single bed and a recently upgraded bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath. All rooms look out over the unspoilt fields and farmland that surround the property and there is parking for 2 cars on the tarmac drive.

There is a sheltered lawned garden with a glimpse of the sea on the horizon and an integral garage houses the freezer, laundry facilities and secure storage space is available for bicycles and beach gear. Young children will require supervision as the grounds are not completely enclosed.

There is a traditional country inn serving food at both Marhamchurch and Bridgerule just over a mile away respectively and a lakeside bistro with wildlife centre is approximately 2 miles. Bude with its sandy beaches, canal, leisure pool and excellent golf links is 3 miles by road. It is possible to walk or cycle to Bude along the old canal passing through farmland and a nature reserve, and there is also a surf school, fishing and horse riding available locally. The picturesque villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Clovelly are all within half an hours drive.
