An exceptional location on the fourth floor, just yards from Watergate Bay.. All on the fourth floor (with lift access).

Living area: With Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock, CD player, double sofa bed, a selection of DVDs, books and games, double sofa bed and French doors leading to Juliet balcony.

Kitchen area: With oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and Freeview TV,
Bathroom: With shower over bath and toilet.. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden (shared with other properties on-site). Storage for surfing equipment and outdoor shower (shared with other properties on-site). 1 small dog welcome. Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. 30 Waves is to be found on the edge of the golden sands at Watergate Bay; a 2-mile long beach at low tide and one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall. Being located so close to the beach means that this penthouse apartment is perfect for young families and with easy access to the great coastline trails for walkers. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and well equipped, providing all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is an allocated parking space in the main carpark and access to the apartment which is situated on the fourth floor, is via stairs or lift.
Watergate Bay offers everything that you need for an amazing beach side experience. Adrenaline fuelled activities such as windsurfing, kite boarding, surfing, sea kayaking and surf hire are all available from The Extreme Sports Academy, located right on the beach.
The Beach Hut and the brand new Watchful Mary, also provides outstanding dining and drinking any time of the day or evening, right on the edge of the sand. Zacry’s restaurant at the Watergate Bay Hotel and Wax, just next door to Waves give further options for eating out only a minute’s walk from the apartment. The livelier town of Newquay is 10 minutes’ drive away for more bars, beaches and restaurants and large cinema. The Eden project near St Austell and the famous picturesque fishing town of Padstow are also a short drive away; the latter is home to Rick Stein and his trio of eateries as well as many other restaurants and bars, and more water-sports.
