Set majestically above the harbour at Mevagissey with spectacular far reaching sea views this contemporary house set over three floors offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for large families. With an impressive large terrace making the most of the splendid vista this wonderful holiday home has been designed with your comfort and relaxation to the fore. After parking directly outside you enter the Pink house onto the second floor where two of the bedrooms, a single and a double with a private balcony are located. On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, another single, a twin and a double with en suite facilities. There are two additional bathrooms both with a bath and shower, one situated on each of these floors. The ground floor houses the well designed open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access out onto the balcony. It is outside though, weather permitting, where you will find yourselves spending so much time, relaxing, sunbathing and maybe dining al fresco making the most of the memorable views. A pleasant walk will take you down the hill to Mevagissey where an excellent choice of restaurants and historic old pubs offer a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. A most comfortable holiday home in an excellent location available all year round.
The perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.

We found everything to be perfect for our stay. Bedrooms and number of bathrooms were great for our group size and everyone had lots of their own space. The kitchen is well equipped and communal areas are cosy yet spacious. The views were exceptional and I can imagine in summer the decking is an incredible outdoor space to use. The house is well located to access Mevagissey itâs no more than a 10 mins stroll into the village (steep walk on the way back up but keeps you fit!). Thank you so much! We very much hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay hugely. The home was well equipped, although one of the single mattresses wasn't particularly comfortable, and some basics such as loo roll and dishwasher tablets were sparse.

The starters of dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, etc. were much appreciated for our self-catering holiday. Having three bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen helped enormously. The view from the decks is stunning. Google Maps doesn't recognise Polkirt Heights (Apple Maps does). If using Google Maps, we suggest using the postcode.
