Kitty Cottage at Bumbledown is a classic Cornish cottage featuring a luxurious hot tub set within a private and enclosed garden. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished throughout and is ideally situated close to the picturesque coastal villages of St Agnes, Perranporth, Porthtowan and Portreath, with a selection of golden, sandy beaches for all to enjoy.

This characterful cottage is charming with a full-length picture window and oak floors in the open-plan sitting and dining area. The welcoming seating allows you to relax in style and the dining area provides an excellent space to enjoy a home cooked meal, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor also accommodates bedroom two with twin single beds and a separate shower room with underfloor heating. The first floor presents a beautiful double bedroom with an antique iron bed and overhead cabin bed suitable for a small child (available on request).

Outside, a private, landscaped garden is captivated by a wonderful Villeroy and Boch hot tub along with an alluring sitting area complete with barbecue. Guests are also able to explore the three-acre woodland at Bumbledown.

For larger groups, Kitty Cottage at Bumbledown can be booked along side Rose Cottage at Bumbledown, The Manor at Bumbledown, and The Old Dairy at Bumbledown subject to availability.

The standard Rural Retreats hamper is not provided at this property, however the owners do provide their own hamper containing wine, cake, scones with cream and jam, crisps and sweets, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and salt and pepper.

Kitty Cottage and Rose Cottage can be booked together for larger groups of up to eight guests.
