Templeton is a lovely property, very convenient for Perranporth town and beach. There are convenient, pleasant dog walking paths along the river and the track is wide enough to take a pram or wheelchair. The house is great for families or friends staying together, but with the bedrooms and main bathroom on the ground floor and living areas and bedroom upstairs, it helps minimise noise disturbance if guests are getting up and going to bed at similar times. The kitchen and open plan diner area is a great space and with all the family wanting to cook, we found it well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, two good sized doubles and one small double. We were three couples, a toddler and a baby and had plenty of room. The high chair and cot provided were of good quality. The garden has a lovely layout, with apple trees and trampoline at the top and good seating arrangements on the patio with convenient access for our two dogs. We found the management very responsive and helpful when we needed support.

A lovely, well equipped and comfortable holiday home with a sheltered sunny patio and a great garden for children. Very peaceful location with level access to the beach. Stunning coastal scenery and walks, and an interesting mining heritage. We hope to return soon.
