About this property
Resting directly above the beach at Porthleven, Mott House is a charming Cornish 18th century cottage, with fantastic views from the giant picture windows and 30ft balcony and scenic coastal walks.
This 18th century cottage couldn’t be closer to the beach in Porthleven – it’s literally above it on the coastal path. Sleeping six people, Mott House has a 30 foot wide balcony at the front with outside furniture, a cosy living room with a woodburning stove for cooler evenings and a well-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are on the first floor – 2 doubles and a twin – along with a family bathroom with bath and shower over, whilst the ground floor has a shower room.
