Visit the inspiring landscapes of Bodmin Moor and the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (both within 12 miles) or visit some of Cornwall s most beautiful beaches; Looe and Polperro are both within 20 miles. Kids will love a day out at Adrenalin Quarry or Plymouth Aquarium (both 12 miles) the city is also a must visit for cosmopolitan culture and delicious dinners. As you enter this reverse level home, you will be immediately drawn to the spiral staircase leading from the hallway to the open plan living space upstairs. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), a dressing area, seating area and a Smart TV. This room also features a freestanding bath where you can soothe aching muscles after a long day out exploring, and there are patio doors leading outside to the terrace. The second bedroom is a handy bunk room, great for alternative sleeping arrangement or storage. There is also a WC on this floor. The open plan living space is home to a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
