An uphill walk from the seashore leads to historic Sennen Churchtown and within its fold is Tregean Cottage which on the road leading to the renowned destination of Lands End. Dating back to the 1800's and with open countryside in its view and the ocean on the horizon; the cottage possesses immense charm and character. Guests will find it convenient for exploring the scenic coastline, hidden coves and beaches and rugged moorland with its Iron Age and mining ruins. This English Heritage listed cottage has all that you would need to enjoy a very comfortable holiday. On the ground floor is the spacious sitting room with wood burner and inclusion of electric heating makes this cottage an all year round destination, the kitchen/diner is great for family meals and leads out to a rear enclosed courtyard garden. On the first floor are all three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Return from fun days out to relax in the private courtyard or spacious and light filled sitting room. Pendeen Lighthouse and the museum at Geevor Mine are within a 20 minute drive and the must-see Minack Theatre, carved from the granite cliff face is a magical sight reached within a ten minutes

The small fishing village of Sennen Cove is situated close to Land’s End in Cornwall. The village has a lifeboat station, church, a couple of shops, a café plus two popular gastropubs. The town of St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and has several monument and prehistoric antiquities, including a Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. The town also has a town hall, a church, shops and pubs, and Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times. Porthcurno, which has the outdoor Minack Theatre is situated 5 miles away. The village of Mousehole is within a short drive where stargazy pie can be sampled. Also within reach is the town of Penzance, which boasts winding streets, shops, clubs, restaurants and a harbour, from where day trips to the Scilly Isles can be enjoyed. A lovely base for your Cornwall adventure.
