Cosy and compact, the ground floor enjoys an open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with an inglenook fireplace and wood burner - perfect for indulgent, cosy winter nights. The kitchen is well-equipped, and provides the ideal environment for cooking up a seafood linguine, made using fresh fish bought from the adjacent fishmonger. On the first floor the comfortable double bedroom has been decorated in calming creams and whites, and is the ultimate space for relaxation after a day exploring. The adjacent shower room is well presented and stylishly decorated.

The Bakehouse is perfectly situated to explore the pretty village of Port Isaac, and its enviable restaurants, art galleries and independent shops. For outdoor enthusiasts, explore the South West Coast Path or head over to Port Gaverne for coasteering, kayaking, or wild swimming in this much loved sheltered cove. Just a short distance by car you will find some of Cornwall’s most popular beaches including Polzeath and Tregardock for excellent surfing and Daymer Bay for those in search of calmer bathing waters. Nearby Rock, situated on the Camel Estuary is a hub for sailing, waterskiing and stand up paddle boating, and is also home to the foot ferry across to Padstow. With so many doorstep activities on offer, you certainly won’t find yourself short of things to do. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
