A short drive away the seaside resort of Perranporth with large sandy beach, cafe, shops, restaurants and inns. Newquay is famed for its surf, so hire gear and take lessons or enjoy spectacular cliff top walks at Holywell Bay. Sail at Loe Beach near Feock or play tennis in Truro, or peruse the galleries and shops, with cinema and theatre too and the stunning Gothic Cathedral. Perfectly located for discovering the many faceted attractions of Cornwall. Kocha is an ideal place for a break any time of year.
Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path.
