Small front garden laid to lawn with outside shower, balcony off lounge to the front of the house benefiting from sea and headland views, south facing terrace off kitchen with patio furniture, external staircase leading to suntrap patio on ground floor, this can also be accessed from bedroom 2.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:30pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; underfloor heating throughout; gas fired boiler hot water, electric heated towel rails.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
