Kittiwake is smart, modern, stylish and beautifully presented, ideal for a holiday all year round having a lovely garden for playing games and decked area for alfresco dining, plus a log burner for the cooler months. Close to St Merryn village which has restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops and also to the Seven Bays (some of the best beaches in North Cornwall).

A fabulous location, on a quiet holiday village. Excellently equipped, not overlooked, tastefully furnished and decorated and a nice garden. The owner had left treats for our dogs, milk in the fridge and a bottle of prosecco. There was tea and coffee supplied and other extras like cooking oil, cling film, tin foil, salt/pepper. The owners had thought of everything. Would stay again
