In a peaceful location down a quiet lane, the beautiful, eco-friendly cottage is one of five cottages that make up the small hamlet with plenty to see and do nearby. Special features include garden access from the bedroom, a wood burner for you and your furry friends to enjoy, and a bath with a view.

The beautifully converted barn has been updated with high-end finishes and lots of attention to detail. There’s a lovely mix of original and contemporary features, with the focus on style throughout. The kitchen/diner has wooden beams and exposed brickwork, and plenty of space to cook and enjoy your creations. The lounge too has gorgeous features. On chilly evenings, light the wood burner in the stone fireplace, curl up and watch the Smart TV or a movie. Upstairs, have a soak in the free-standing bath in the stunning bathroom. The super-king (can be made up as a twin) has plenty of storage space and French doors lead to a bridge to the enclosed garden. Relax on the sun loungers and patio furniture, have a BBQ, or sit at the front with your morning cuppa.

Head out for a walk or bike ride on the much-loved Camel Trail, an 18-mile route which runs from Wenfordbridge to Padstow and passes the end of the lane. Discover the dramatic scenery of Bodmin Moor, wander along the headland on the South West Coast Path (9 miles away) for incredible views. Explore the biomes at the Eden Project (16.5 miles), home to the world’s largest indoor rainforest and over 1000 plant species. Padstow (16.5 miles), famous for its harbour and eateries, is worth visiting as is trendy Rock (13 miles), across the estuary.
