We had a lovely stay at the retreat. The homemade pastys on arrival were 'ansome. It's a really beautiful location, we spent the time watching the wildlife from the thousands of frogletts leaving the lake to the stream to the brief nightly visit of a kingfisher. It really is a magical place, under the oak tree and next to the stream. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was leaving! We will definitely be back

A comfortable and well equipped glamping pod, equipped with all of the essentials, in a beautiful setting for some much needed down time in nature. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and private. The hot tub was excellent to have and to relax in after a day full of exploring- just bring along your own wood, kindling and fire starters as you will need this to keep the heat topped up during your stay. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanted to escape the daily hustle and bustle, to enjoy being in/ reconnecting with nature, and wanting to explore North Cornwall- this will be an excellent base for you!

We stayed for the weekend and had a fantastic time! The owners were friendly and helpful yet didn't overly hassle you allowing you to feel at ease in your stay. We had full use of the pod which gives you privacy and a secluded feel. The owners were helpful in advising where to go and what to do and recomended some places to eat. We really enjoyed spending the evenings with the fire pit going and dipping in and out of the hot tub! Thank you again for a great stay!
