The town offers a sandy beach for relaxing and building castles or Back Beach for exploring rock pools and fossil-hunting. Swim in the sea, dive off the North Wall, hire a kayak or paddleboard, cruise on a rib ride, try deep sea fishing, enjoy a show at Marine Theatre, crazy golf in Langmoor Gardens. Visit the Dinosaur Museum, working watermill or aquarium, or simply stroll through the winding streets of the old quarter, with its numerous shops, restaurants and cafés. Further afield, and yet all within a 15 minute drive – horse-riding, shooting at The Tunnel, tram rides, birdwatching at Seaton Wetlands, Beer caves and Pecorama miniature railway.
