Set on the outskirts of Barnstaple (5 miles), you ll find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach. The coastal town of Instow is 8 miles away and offers a dog friendly estuary beach and, in the summer, you can catch a passenger ferry across to Appledore. A day at RHS Rosemoor with 65 acres of woodland and gardens is 14 miles away. Keen walkers will love the South West Coast Path or, a 9 mile drive takes you to Exmoor National Park with magical moorlands and woodlands to explore. Walk across the pretty man made stream to the property s front door and into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This space is well equipped and designed to provide ample light.
