One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor along with the bathroom, and the further two bedrooms are on the first floor. Outside Court Cottage has a wonderfully kept lawned garden with patio area for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a drink. The surrounding countryside is home to an abundance of wildlife and nature lovers will just love exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer, including Exmoor National Park, Lynton and Lynmouth and not forgetting North Devon’s wonderful beaches

Pets: 1 Pet allowed to be kept in Kitchen/Dining room only. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

What a wonderful cottage to stay in. We have loved stopping here and the children enjoyed the huge garden. We love this part of the UK and especially discovering this quaint, pretty village. Cottage is a great base to explore the local beaches and countryside. The costal walk along to Hele was spectacular. We loved being near to one of our favourite beaches - Saunton Sands. The walk down to Broadsands was a great adventure. Thank you so much for your hospitality and those little special small touches. We are hoping to visit again next year!

We were the first guests and it was absolutely gorgeous. We booked last minute after our holiday to Greece was cancelled, and we would normally look for somewhere with a pool or hot tub, but this was a gem of a place. Beautifully decorated, lots of extra little touches to make us feel welcome. The garden is beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather. Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Coombe Martin all nearby, and the village itself had a pub serving great food. Would highly recommend.
