Escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside with a stay at Park Mill Farm Cottage, a two bedroom cottage with all the charm of a traditional rural retreat. Even before you’ve unpacked your bags, you’ll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of home, and the welcoming living space makes an inviting space to curl up as a family and watch a DVD after a busy day.
The bright, airy conservatory’s always flooded with natural light, and for those moments when you’re content to spend some time with that novel you’ve been meaning to finish and a glass of wine, it’s perfect. The dining table’s in this space too, and it’s just the place to dine together while you recount the day’s adventures.
Our Park Mill Farm cottages have a beautiful riverside setting in the heart of Devon’s countryside, and they’re under a mile from the village of Chulmleigh. Chulmleigh is a Saxon hilltop village made up of thatched cottages, traditional pubs and a small collection of independent shops.
Just a short drive away from Park Mill Farm Cottages, you can experience the range of luxurious facilities on offer at Highbullen Golf and Country Club including tennis courts, a pool, fitness suite, and a range of spa treatments if you fancy being pampered.
Fishing at Park Mill Farm

There are two rivers (The Little Dart and Huntacott) meandering through the grounds and a private fishing lake where guests can enjoy free fly and coarse fishing and catch Carp, Rudd, Chubb, Roach, Brown Trout and Tench. There is also complimentary fishing on both rivers where Brown Trout, Sea Trout and Salmon can be caught together with Coarse fish.
Short breaks in Summer are available but will need to be confirmed with the owner first.

Due to it's rural location mobile reception can be poor, however a Booster has been installed that supports the EE, Orange and TMobile networks within the grounds
Also in the summer house is a stock of games, DVDs and books
