About this property
A deceptively spacious duplex apartment offering lovely views down the valley towards the sea. Close all all village amenities and within walking distance of delightful rock, shingle and sandy cove.
A deceptively spacious duplex apartment close to village amenities including shops and pubs and withing walking distance of the picturesque rock and shingle cove. Laid out over the 2nd and 3rd floors with stairs to the 2nd floor. Two attractive bedrooms on the 2nd floor one with ensuite facilities and the other with a small balcony offering views towards the sea. A spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen is on the 3rd floor with balcony also offering views over the village and out to sea. Ideal village location and great base for exploring this wonderful area of North Devon with the Exmoor National Park within a couple of minutes drive and the large sandy surfing beaches of Woolacombe Bay just a 30 minute drive.
