Just 8 miles distant, an equestrian centre awaits, alongside the thrilling Keypitts Quad biking experience. For beach aficionados, the dazzling shores of Croyde and Woolacombe (8 miles) beckon, creating an ideal haven to savour fish and chips while basking in the mesmerizing sea views.

Step into the enchanting home, where the ground floor opens to a charming open-plan living area. The lounge exudes warmth with a comfy double sofa and armchair, inviting guests to unwind while watching the TV with Freeview and a DVD player or enjoying the ambience of the wood burner. A round table for two overlooks the courtyard, creating a delightful space. Ascend a small step to the well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need for a stress-free stay. For added convenience, an onsite shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available. Venture to the first floor, where a beautifully presented bedroom awaits, bathed in natural light and offering a king-size bed, a dressing table, a mirror, and a fitted wardrobe. The final gem upstairs is the bathroom, fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside the cottage is the central courtyard where guests can relax, or alternatively the shared lawns around the farm are home to several picnic tables. The site itself has some excellent onsite facilities, which guests are welcome to take advantage of, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, an outdoor tennis court (summer months only) and seven acres of communal grounds featuring landscaped lawns, a dog walking/exercise fields, woodlands, and ponds. There is also a shared laundry room available.
