It's within within walking distance of the town's restaurants, pubs and shops and offers a parking space for 1 car. There is separate hallway which leads into the open plan living room with kitchenette area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small free standing cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. A double bedroom benefits from wonderful sea views over the town and out to sea and the second bedroom is a Twin with wardrobe and views to the front to the property. The beautiful surf washed sands of Woolacombe Bay are just a short drive away and Exmoor National Park is within easy reach.
