Beautifully presented four bedroom family home, set within the quaint village of Mortehoe with pubs, restaurants and village store. Wonderful coastal walks can be enjoyed right from your doorstep and a selection of beautiful swimming beaches are within walking distance. Woolacombe’s famous surfing beach is less than a mile away.

Wonderful coastal walks can be enjoyed right from the door step and Woolacombe beach is only 2 miles away. The hidden gem is Grunta beach which is only a 10 minute walk from the property, dog friendly all year round, it is fantastic for rock-pooling and at low tide it is beautifully sandy and perfect for swimming/body boarding or surfing. The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with four good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is the perfect holiday stop for friends or families looking to holiday together.
