Overview

Rosebank occupies an enviable position at the mouth of the Dart Estuary, in a tucked away location en route to the historical Dartmouth Castle and St Petrox Church. Extensively renovated in 2016, Rosebank is a detached home built with modern family living in mind. The dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living area.Comfortable dining for 6 people at the large dining table with matching chairs. Or you can choose to dine al fresco on the balcony terrace, where you will find a charcoal barbeque and large teak table and chairs.

Stylish and modern open plan living, kitchen and dining area with stunning views of The River Dart.Featuring two three seater sofas a further side table with two contemporary seat pods.There are patio doors leading to the private furnished terrace area where you can enjoy the exquiste views of the River Dart and beyond. The family bathroom has been designed to a high standard with a bath , wash basin with vanity unit, WC and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom features a shower and a WC.

Sleeping

A nautical theme prevails throughout the property which is very suited to the beautiful River Dart surroundings and is visible in all the bedrooms. The Master bedroom which features a kingsize bed with 2 bedside tables and a large spacious built-in wardrobe. Bedroom two features a kingsize bed, double wardrobe and two bedside tables. Bedroom three has twin beds with storage baskets underneath. A comfy dog bed is also supplied for your pet companion.

Outside

From the sun lounge, steps descend to the boat house, a spacious and vaulted room with double doors leading out to the river. A beautiful waterside balcony with plenty of loungers to enjoy the spectacular views. Terraced gardens surround the front of the property. There is direct and private access to the River Dart via the steps leading out from the Sun Lounge to either the dock or coastal rocks.

Parking

Off street parking for two vehicles situated to the front. A series of steps lead through the terraced garden from the private parkling area to the front door.
