The spacious accommodation offers the perfect mix of old and new with the original cottage having been extended to provide a delightful open plan living space, complete with a contemporary kitchen and fully glazed bi-fold doors. The original part of the cottage has retained plenty of character features with pretty french windows in the comfortable sitting room, and a woodburning stove in the snug.

Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys lovely views of the River Dart from its bay window and a further spacious twin bedroom has the added beneifit of an ensuite bathroom complete with roll-top bath. 

The cottage also has the added benefit of a pretty enclosed garden with steps up to a stylish roof terrace complete with glass balustrading from which to enjoy the views towards the River Dart. 

Dartmouth has much to offer the visitor, with a quayside that enables you to enjoy the spectacle and atmosphere of this busy boating Mecca with its proud naval traditions. Medieval buildings cluster around the quayside and provide a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, inns, boutique and curiosity shops.  The beaches of the beautiful South Hams are a short drive away as is the English Riviera and Dartmoor National Park.
