Apartment located on the first floor with views out to Newcomen Road and Lower Street in Dartmouth, South Devon. A lovely cosy property suitable for friends or family with a four legged buddy too! A parking permit is available.
The New Newcomen is a lovely apartment located in Dartmouth in South Devon. Newcomen Road is a popular road in Dartmouth due to its town centre location, walk out of the front door and find everything from Shops, Cafes, Restaurants and the River Dart all on the doorstep. Whilst this property is not on the Riverfront it does offer River glimpses from both of the bedrooms and is only 50 yards away from the front. Everything you could want on your holiday is there ready and waiting all within less than a minutes walk from the front door. The Nest Newcomen is accessed from Newcomen Road, once you are through the front door you will need to walk up 19 steps to the main open plan living, kitchen and dining room and the cloakroom. On the second floor, up a further 14 steps, you will find the two bedrooms and family bathroom.

Parking: Parking permit provided for one undesignated space in the local car park.

Please be aware this is a first floor apartment there are 19 steps from the hallway up to the main apartment, these steps are steep, carpeted and curve around towards the top. Strong Mobile Phone Signal. Please be aware there is no outside space provided with this property. Please be aware no baby equipment is provided at this property.
Pets: A maximum of 1 pet is welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsden Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
A fully refundable security deposit may apply to this property to cover potential damages.
