Front or rear entrance to well equipped kitchen diner with double electric oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and second fridge.

Dining area with table to seat 6, 2-seater sofa, side table and Sonos Bluetooth speaker.

Bedroom 2 with king size bed. 

Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds.

Family shower room with large walk-in shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Stairs to first floor:

Spacious lounge with high ceilings, Juliet balcony, Smart TV with freesat, two large sofas, two armchairs and coffee tables. 

Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, 2 basins and WC.

Stairs to mezzanine floor:

Mezzanine study/snug room with two-seater sofa, Smart TV, Xbox, desk and chair.

Outside

Private tiled patio area with table and chairs for 4 along the front of the property leading to communal courtyard/lawns. Private BBQ and bistro seating to rear of the property alongside communal lawns.  In next door orchard find seating/tables for many. 18 acres of land to explore including pretty woodland walkways and decking area overlooking the lake.

Parking

Designated parking for 1 car. Further visitor parking also available at Dufour or around the estate.

Included: Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc (guests are required to provide their own beach/dog towels). Water, electricity, underfloor heating, washing/dryer, BBQ, slow cooker, food processor, bread maker, drying racks, iron and large ironing board, vacuum cleaner and 2 x small fans. Also find dog bowls, large cool box, flasks.

Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. No landline telephone available. Mobile reception generally fair but please check with your provider prior to booking.

Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Dog charge £30.00 per dog per week.
