A luxury waterside holiday cottage with fabulous views over Frogmore Creek
Riverside House in Frogmore is a modern and luxurious property with its long driveway leading down to the beautiful Salcombe-Kingsbridge estuary. Enjoy two separate south facing decking areas in which to sit and unwind and make use of the three kayaks available. There has also been a summer house fitted on the edge of the estuary with double bed settee, wicker furniture and games for all of the family to enjoy as well as a 6 foot pool/table tennis table. There is a village bakery, a brand new farm shop full of locally sourced produce and a pub that serves hot meals throughout the day. This property is equipped with all new modern appliances, beautiful furnishings and views that will mesmerise . Enjoy your family time locally or enjoy Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe with estuaries, beaches and historic towns, Riverside House provides the ultimate stay for families to enjoy.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Warning: Kayaks to use at your own risk. Do not allow children to play unsupervised around the Frogmore Creek. Beware of reversing out of the driveway onto main road. Wood not provided for the log burner & can be purchased locally with firelighters. Please also note that the cooker controls are electronic/magnetic and wearers need to be aware.
