With three bedrooms, this bright, airy apartment’s perfect for break with friends or as a family, and the master bedroom’s beautiful. Apex windows flood the room with views across the Dart, and trust us, you’ll never tire of waking up to the sight of the water glistening in the distance.
You’ll find 3 The Pines in the peaceful resort of Kingswear, just across the water from historic Dartmouth, just a ten minute stroll from the local shops and the Dartmouth ferry, you’ll be within easy reach of some of South Devon’s most popular family days out.
Dartmouth offers several foodie restaurants, pubs and boutique shops to explore. Or, for a greater selection of shops and an abundance of tourist attractions, the towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay are well within easy reach. And for those bucket and spade days there are many beaches to enjoy in the surrounding area, the closest being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands only a short drive away.
