Warren Cottage, originally a large house, is now divided into two and situated in an absolutely outstanding position on the waters edge. The views are totally spectacular, particularly from the half mile unmade farm track with gates that lead down to the cottage. There is an 11ft rowing boat for the use at own risk (lifejackets not provided). The property is comfortably but simply furnished and also has its own boat house (shared with owners). You can row across the estuary to reach the waterside pubs in Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers, but watch the tide! This is truly a lovely setting and the cottage has wonderful scenic views over the water from most rooms. There is no TV reception.
