You’ll feel at home as soon as you arrive in the cottage, thanks to its relaxed style and nautical touches. Begin your day with a coffee from the Gaggia Coffee Machine sitting at the kitchen island or at the foldable dining table with chairs for four. Relax in the gorgeous, light living area chatting or watching TV, with a stunning exposed brick fireplace and wooden flooring. The delightful Master bedroom is also on the ground floor. Put the radio on and have a good soak in the stunning en-suite bathroom with a rolltop bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a cosy double room with a nautical theme, and a smart shower room. The cottage doesn’t have private outside space but there’s so much outdoors to explore.
Stoke Fleming is on the clifftops in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (aonb) with amazing views of the coast. It has a pub and restaurant, and there’s a cafe/restaurant and shop at Blackpool Sands (1 mile). The golden sands and surf are ideal for water sports and swimming. From there, explore the stunning coast on the South West Coast Path, which goes through fields, woodland paths, and quiet lanes, and across the headlands. Explore Dartmouth’s (3 miles) narrow cobbled streets packed with fabulous boutique shops, art galleries, and excellent places to eat out. Go on a boat trip on the River Dart or a trip on the steam train (canines are welcome).
