This property is situated off a pedestrian walkway, just a short walk away from the centre of the pretty fishing village of Appledore, which itself is situated on the estuary of the rivers Torridge and Taw, and makes an idyllic place for a relaxing holiday. Visitors can wander the narrow streets, browse the shops, sample the local seafood in the village s bistros and pubs, and watch the fishing boats bob in the attractive quay, all within a few minutes walk of the cottage. For a change of scenery, there is a seasonal ferry which runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow, where there is a sand and shingle beach.
