The sloping communal gardens, set in a snug valley, include a lush shrubbery with winding paths, a butterfly meadow and stream (unfenced) along with a parking area. This charming cottage is all on one level and has vaulted double height ceilings giving a light and spacious feel. A small foot bridge across the bubbling stream leads into the private garden with BBQ, which is laid to lawn with spring bulbs, paved paths, two terraces, flowering shrubs and willows.
