To the front and side, there is a decked area, and more sea views.  The house and the surrounds have the perfect ingredients for a seaside family holiday.   Osmington Mills is a great base for discovering the county. A short walk from the property is the village pub 'The Smugglers'.   This dog friendly pub is steeped in history and serves good food with a small stony beach ideal for rock pooling just a short walk from the car park. Up the lane there is a horse riding centre. To the east you can explore The Purbecks with its rustic rugged coastline. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are only a 15 minute drive away. Only a 10 minute drive to the west is Weymouth, famous for its long golden sandy beach. Further on you'll reach Bridport, West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis all within an easy drive and fantastic for fossil hunting!
