Welcome to Stable Cottage, a beautiful three bedroom barn conversion set in the heart of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This wonderful holiday home is conveniently located near the beautiful town of Painswick and is surrounded by amazing walks, yet within 2 miles of shops and pubs.
On the first floor is a stunning open plan living space with vaulted ceilings, a wood burner, comfortable sofas and a large dining table - the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the Cotswolds countryside and villages. Downstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a bunk bedroom and a single bedroom as well as a family bathroom. Outside is a lovely private garden area, as well as use of a shared tennis court (usually available in the morning until 2pm, by prior arrangement) and access to larger gardens which are shared.
Just 2 miles away you will find Painswick, known as the ‘Queen of the Cotswolds’, with its popular golf club, Rococo gardens, and restaurant. Stroud and Gloucester are just a 15-minute drive away, while Cheltenham with its shops, festivals and racing can be reached in under 20 minutes. Explore the many beautiful villages of the Cotswolds all within an hour’s drive. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
