It makes an excellent base for enjoying many country walks and a variety of attractions within easy driving, such as Longleat House and Safari Park, Stourhead House, Glastonbury Tor, Yeovilton Air Museum and The Haynes Motor Museum. Wincanton Racecourse is a 5-minute drive. Further afield, spend a day in the famous city of Bath with its numerous shops, restaurants and museums including the Roman baths. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
