The Bull Pen has two bedrooms, making it most suitable for a family or two couples looking to explore this wonderful area. On arrival, guests can safely park cars on the private drive. Entrance into the perfectly equipped kitchen with space for wet coats and shoes and room to sit and have a welcome drink whilst watching someone knock up a freshly cooked meal before moving into the open-plan living space with dining table and chairs for everyone and a welcoming lounge to snuggle up and watch a film at the end of a busy day exploring. Upstairs there is a choice of a double or a twin bedded room and a bathroom offering a bath to unwind in or those more rushed for time can use the shower over before retiring to bed. This wonderful holiday home with stunning views across the countryside and Sutton Bingham Reservoir is in an unbeatable location close to a choice of tourist attractions such as Yeovilton Air Museum, Montacute House, and Lytes Carey or a short drive will take you to seaside towns such as Weymouth, West Bay and a perfect setting for families or friends looking to explore all Dorset has to offer with Burton Bradstock, Chesil Beach, Lodmoor Country Park, Abbotsbury Swannery and many more tourist hotspots on the doorstep. Yeovil offers a selection of convenience stores, pubs, and eateries, whilst the close by Sutton Bingham Reservoir offers fishing and watersports. Guests can enjoy scenic walks and birdwatching throughout the Dorset Coast National Landscape as well as fishing and sailing.

It has a detailed history, with a background in aircraft and defence industries, making it a target for bombing in World War II. It boasts many attractions worth a visit and a thriving culture attracting visitors from all over. Pay a visit to the National Trust's Montacute House, which dates back to 1601 and plays host to a Long Gallery and pretty gardens. Ninesprings is a lovely woodland park within the Yeovil Country Park, boasting scenic footpaths a dog-friendly café/visitor centre and a plethora of ever-changing landscape scenery. You can also enjoy birdwatching in some areas of the park, as well as riverside walks and wildlife spotting. The Fleet Air arm Museum if one for those who love learning about the history of aircraft, with collections, exhibitions and many events on throughout the year.
