This detached property is Grade II listed, full of character and is situated in an enviable position on the seafront in Minehead. This cottage is ideal for families or friends, in search of a relaxing, seaside break. With a comfy and homely feel, this period cottage still retains many features such as exposed beams, a feature fireplace and window seats. The tiled country kitchen and dining area, is perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals together, whilst chatting about the days events. After you have finished dining, the cosy and homely sitting room is a perfect place to relax in front of the fire, after a fun-filled day of activities. All three bedrooms are spacious and have lovely sea views, and share the family bathroom. Outside there is a small garden to relax in, whilst taking in the sounds of the seaside. A stones throw away is Minehead beach, which is ideal for swimming, kitesurfing and windsurfing, and with easy access to amusement arcades, the terminus of the West Somerset Railway and the start of the South West Coast Path. Take a visit to the medieval village of Dunster, where the castle dominates the skyline, or take a ride on the West Somerset steam train along the coast to the little harbour village of Watchet. Or why not go further inland to the beautiful landscape of Exmoor, with its abundance of deer, birds and gentle rivers bubbling through the valleys? This seaside cottage is a must for fun lovers.

Situated in a wonderful sheltered spot beneath the dramatic North Hill, the popular seaside resort of Minehead is located on the spectacular North Somerset Coast. This welcoming town offers a mile long esplanade as well as an impressive golden beach and pretty harbour, visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley. Excellent fishing is also available here and visitors can enjoy a nostalgic steam train journey on the West Somerset Railway from the seafront, or alternatively, take a trip to Blenheim Gardens - winner of numerous awards for its beautiful floral displays and fascinating model village. Renowned for the largest herd of red deer in England, Exmoor National Park offers great walking routes through its wooded valleys and heather clad moors whilst the magnificent Norman Castle at nearby Dunster is an excellent attraction for those interested in history.
