Drunken Sailor is a three storey cottage next door to The Manor Inn, this property sleeps a family of five and accepts pets.

Entertainment: TV with Amazon Fire Stick and Netflix package, bluetooth speaker.

For Families: Travel cot, Highchair and Stair Gates available. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. 

Outside: Three-tiered garden with decked area and garden furniture provided. 

Parking: Car park permit is provided on arrival at the property to use in Brixham Central Car Park and can to be used in other car parks in Torbay, a list is provided on the permit. Please be aware there are restrictions on this permit, 3 hours maximum stay from the end of March to the end of November. Limited on-street car parking is also available opposite the property entrance. Please provide car registration details when booking. 

General: No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Heating and electricity included in rental price, bed linen and towels provided. 

Pets: Maximum of 2 pets accepted: £25 per pet per week. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
