About this property

Perched just above the harbour and town and with wonderful sea views on display, you’ll be within easy reach of the quay, its restaurants and shops while having plenty of space for relaxing and socialising.

Arranged over three floors, Upper Anzac has more than enough room for five guests including three bedrooms and a spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen area. There are also entertainment features a-plenty in the form of Smart TV’s, an XBOX 360 games console, DVD player and music system. The highlight however is the property’s large top floor terrace with fantastic views over the town and harbour, where you can barbecue, entertain, and unwind in the sunshine.

If you fancy eating out during your stay instead, you’ll have many terrific restaurants to choose from, all within easy reach of the property. Grab your freshly brewed coffees and delicious breakfasts from nearby restaurants such as Port Espresso and Curious Kitchen or indulge in a fabulous seafood supper at Simply Fish, Albero’s, Rock Fish or Beamers (to name but a few).

Perfectly positioned on the coast, the surrounding area has fantastic sea view walks including those around Berry Head and Churston Woods. There are also hidden beaches to discover like Fishcombe and Churston Cove which are both less than 25 minutes’ walk away. For something even closer to home, Breakwater Beach is a 15-minute walk along the seafront past the harbour and Marina.

Upper Anzac shares a building with its neighbouring property Anzac. Both have their own entrances and are completely separate when booked individually. For larger guest parties of up to 13, an inter leading door on the first floor can be unlocked and opened up to combine both properties.

Positioned on the top floor, this room has its own sitting room and music system, with dual-aspect bifold doors out to the large, wrap-around roof terrace where fantastic views over the town, harbour and bay are showcased

Open plan with the living room and dining area on the first floor, the kitchen features a large range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere

The separate utility houses a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

It also has a WC and hand basin

Furnished with a large dining table and ten chairs

The roof terrace is the perfect spot for relaxation and entertaining, with stunning views over Brixham harbour and across the bay

Oxen Cove Long Stay car park is approximately 0.5 miles away (roughly 10 minutes on foot if you take the path behind Rock Fish and the Fish Quay)
