A charming two-bedroom apartment in a secluded cove in Brixham, Sandpiper 2 enjoys a private balcony with stylish rattan furniture for alfresco dining, as well as comfortable loungers for sitting back and relaxing in the glorious sunshine. Inside, a bright and spacious living area, modern and fully fitted kitchen, and stylish tiled bathroom provide for an equally relaxing experience.
Two comfortable bedrooms also feature - a master suite offers a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a wall-mounted TV and DVD player, ideal for enjoying a movie whilst drifting off to sleep. A second bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements, with twin beds which can be combined to form a superking bed on request, as well as fitted wardrobes and a further TV.
As well as your own private balcony, a communal swimming pool for exclusive use by you and the surrounding apartments is available in the summer months (June, July and August), in addition to a secluded cove for total relaxation. There is also allocated parking for one car.
