There are four bedrooms at this Colerne cottage, including double with en-suite shower on the ground-floor, whilst upstairs is comprised of a king-size and two twin rooms, one of which hosts a 4ft double and single bed. Each bedroom has been tastefully furnished with crisp bed linen and fitted storage for your personal belongings. Shower room upstairs with with walk in shower, basin and WC. To the rear is an enclosed garden with furniture, perfect for a favourite drink or alfresco meal, whilst to the front there is ample off-road parking for four cars. if you don’t feel like cooking, the village of Colerne offers two restaurants, or head into the market town of Corsham for a wider selection of eateries to suit all, as well as a book shop, jewellers, delicatessens and a number of shops to pick up any essentials. Corsham is also home to several notable buildings such as the stately home of Corsham Court, where you can take a leisurely walk and let your canine companion have a run. A stay here isn’t complete without visiting the wonderful city of Bath with its Roman Baths and Georgian architecture or visit Castle Combe and Lacock to see the location of where several period dramas have been filmed. The village of Colerne rests in North Wilsthire, 3.5 miles from the town of Corsham and 7 miles from the city of Bath. Known as ‘the village on the hill’, this quaint village offers some basic amenities including a post office, shop, pub and a village hall. The nearby town of Corsham is home to a vibrant weekly market selling local goods and produce, and is reowned for its numerous Grade II listed buildings which have often been featured in TV series and films.
