The Granary is cosy two bedroom cottage situated within the grounds of Sprotts farm in the picturesque village of Polstead.. All on the ground floor.

Sitting-out area, barbecue and fire pit (shared with other properties on-site). Swimming pool (shared with other properties, 8m x 4m, depth 1.5m x 2m, open from 10am - 4pm) with changing and shower facilities. Communal games room (shared with other properties on-site). Public car park, free of charge. No smoking.. This group of three barn conversions The Stables UK4928, The Granary UK4929 and The Brambles UK4930 have been renovated in 2019-2020 and comprises of one double room, one twin room, family bathroom, open plan country style living space and al fresco dining area. There is also a huge bonus as you will have access to additional communal facilities such as a heated outdoor swimming pool, a communal games room, barbecue, fire pit and seating area.
There is so much to see and do locally, being situated on the fringe of Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of stunning scenic walks, bird watching, famous rowing attractions and quiet villages pubs and restaurants. You are also within easy reach of the popular towns of Colchester and Ipswich with an array of attractions to suit all. Beach 19 miles.
