You’ll enter on the ground floor, where there is a small porch for storing buckets, spades, and sandy shoes. Upon entering the house, you’ll instantly feel at home in its warm and inviting surroundings.
Bedrooms:
The first floor hosts a king-size bedroom with elevated sea views. On the second floor, you'll find an additional king-size room and a bunk bedroom, both offering captivating views of the sea. The additional bedrooms include a third king bedroom and a twin bedroom which can also be made up as a Super King upon request.
Bathrooms:
A family bathroom on the second floor features a luxurious roll-top bath, rainfall shower, handheld shower, WC, and bidet. The lower ground floor accommodates a shower room with a rainfall shower and a separate toilet. There is a second separate WC in addition.
Living Space:
The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge spanning the width of the building, offering ample seating, a smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, PlayStation, and panoramic views of the horizon.
Kitchen and Dining:
Also located on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern fittings including a Rangemaster-style gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a wine fridge. The dining area, seating ten guests, offers stunning views of the sea, making it an ideal setting for family dinners. A highchair is available upon request.
Outside:
The lower ground floor leads to a sunroom and patio garden, providing a tranquil space to unwind. Access to the private parking area at the back of the house is facilitated through the gate at the top of the upper garden.
