This ultra-family friendly holiday cottage is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful setting in a village location. Briar Cottage has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy with the added benefit of a private car parking space. Inside the cottage is colourful with large rooms for everyone to gather together. The sitting room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and two single sofas positioned around the brick open fireplace. Just off the sitting room is a bright play area ideally suited for the young ones of the group with a large selection of toys and board games. The kitchen is a great space for socialising with your guests and comes with large dining table, sofa for relaxing and fully equipped kitchen facility. Everything for self-catering is provided here such as a large fridge freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is the family bathroom which has a shower cubicle in addition to the bath.

Upstairs guests will find the bedrooms, both of which face the front of the cottage. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed plus there’s a twin bedded room with a full size cot. 

Briar Cottage can be accessed from two different lanes. There is also a bus stop close by for those who prefer to leave the car at home. Shop: 0.2 miles Pub: 0.4 miles.

Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to beaches and town centre amenities by road and various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and good local's bar.
