This cottage is well placed 7 miles from Shrewsbury with over 600 listed buildings including the castle and world famous abbey, theatre, independent shops and eateries. Oswestry is 9 miles in the opposite direction with its town trail, well preserved hilltop Iron Age fort, farmers market, shops and local eateries. The British Ironwork Centre is well worth a visit too. Head to the Long Mynd in Church Stretton, an excellent base for country lovers and sportsman alike with walking, cycling and hand gliding for all abilities. You could also visit Hawkstone Park, National Trust s Attingham Park, Benthall and Wenlock Edge during your stay. This cosy cottage has a delightful kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. If you decide to eat in, then rustle up a meal and enjoy your culinary delights at the dining table with views over the garden. The lounge has comfortable sofas to relax on and watch the Smart TV, and there are French doors out onto the patio and into the garden. When ready for bed, choose from one of the two bedrooms, the double with Smart TV or the single (with additional single pull out bed on request) with Smart TV and en suite wet room with shower and WC. Next door to the double bedroom is the shower room with shower and WC. The utility area and games area are both in a separate building where you ll find a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC. In the games area, there is a pool table and a football table.
