This delightful detached cottage, on the outskirts of the village of West Malvern, nestles on the western slope of the Malvern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With lovely views to the front, and the Malvern Hills behind, the cottage has been comfortably furnished throughout to provide warm and welcoming accommodation, ideal for a family reunion or get-together with friends. Step in through the side entrance of the cottage to a well-equipped hallway and utility room, ideal for drying walking gear after a day on the hills. Move through to a carefully-furnished kitchen, with a breakfast bar for two, designed for those wishing to prepare dinner for friends. The dining room is at the front of the cottage, taking advantage of the lovely views and boasting wood floor and furnishing that reflects the warmth and natural colour of the surrounding scenery. French doors open out onto an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, where guests might sit on a summer evening to enjoy the views and a glass of wine, perhaps before a short stroll to the local pub for dinner. The cosy sitting room opposite, with its warming wood-burning stove, is the perfect place to relax. Two individually-styled bedrooms provide versatile sleeping arrangements. The first floor master benefits from en-suite basin and WC (please note, as this is a dormer bungalow, the ceiling to this room is low), as well as glorious views. The larger of the downstairs rooms also opens out onto a small courtyard, with outdoor furniture, offering a more private setting for alfresco breakfast or evening drink. Outside the side entrance is a covered area, ideal for storing bicycles. A variety of lovely walks on the Malvern Hills can be enjoyed from the doorstep of the cottage, while the ancient town centre of Great Malvern is just two miles away and boasts unique shops and antiques centres, as well as a local theatre, cinema, tea rooms, restaurants and the Three Counties Show Ground, which is host to many events throughout the year. A superb, perfectly-located cottage that promises a memorable holiday at any time of the year!
