Skillfully converted from a farm building into one of three eco friendly bungalows, this delightful holiday cottage is ideal for families or a couple. From the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you can revel in the countryside views come rain or shine from the comfort of the soft furnishings, or put your feet up and watch something on the TV. The dining table is large enough to seat up to four people, making it perfect for socially eating any home cooked meals together, and the kitchen is well appointed and of a good size. Comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, you will be well equipped for anything you might want to serve up whilst on your break. The bungalow has two bedrooms, one with twin single beds, the other with a king size bed, and both light and airy. The shower room is contemporary, with a shower cubicle, WC and sun tunnel. Relax on your own private patio with unspoilt countryside views to admire, be it on a warm summer s evening or a on crisp morning with a coffee. There is plenty of land to explore on the complex, a communal games. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twins. 1 shower room and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Free fishing available in the adjacent lake or nearby river. Hot water and underfloor heating provided by solar panels. Communal games room restricted use due to social distancing guidelines. Open air cafe. Ample parking. Regret no Hen or Stag parties. Regret no smoking. Dogs not allowed in bedrooms. Unenclosed garden but dogs safe on a lead in communal area. Field available for dogs to run fee. Less than a mile to Clifton on Teme with shop, post office and pub.
