Offering ground floor accommodation with views over the wildlife lake, this Gloucestershire holiday home has been thoughtfully furnished, including a fitted kitchen, roll-top bath and king-size bed from where the lovely views can be enjoyed. Outside, guests can enjoy the private hot tub and a 2-person sauna , or just sit by the warming chiminea and enjoy the peace and tranquillity this charming Gloucestershire holiday home has to offer. The pretty village of Beckford is just a stroll away and boasts a village store and Post Office as well as an excellent village pub. A little further afield from this yurt in Gloucestershire guests can enjoy the delightful Cotswold villages, the spa town of Cheltenham and many National Trust properties. Beckford is a small riverside village on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border. The village has a quality country inn, an attractive Norman church, and a nature reserve. Close by is Evesham, and elegant Cheltenham is also an easy drive away, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and the Gold Cup horse racing.

Open plan yurt accommodation with one king-size double bed, roll-top bath with hand-held shower, basin, kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area.
Separate basin and WC accessed via yurt.
Underfloor heating.
Combination microwave/grill, 2-ring induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, Projector with DVD player and roll down screen.
Fuel and power included in rent.
Bed linen and towels included in rent.
Wooden veranda overlooking lake with private hot tub with radio, sauna for 2, furniture and chiminea/BBQ.
Use of rowing boat to be used at own risk.
Off road parking for 2 cars.
Sun terrace with sun loungers.
One well-behaved dog welcome.

There is so much wildlife nearby I wish we had brought our binoculars. We had a relaxing break away and would definitely come back. Cleanliness was good, but there were a lot of cobwebs inside the yurt.

Only one champagne flute, one pint and one half pint!! Two wine glasses was fine, but that was it. There was washing up liquid, and dishwasher tablets, but the dishwasher immediately said it needed salt and rinse aid, so we had to go buy that. Knives extremely blunt! Sauna not working effectively, takes a couple of hours to reach an acceptable temperature. Main thing was the cleanliness, the floor clearly had not been swept or mopped and the drawers and bedside table that pull out were terribly dusty and mouldy. The tap/shower head over the bath leaks really badly all over the floor. Donât get me wrong, it is a beautiful and peaceful location, hot tub was great, I just think it is looking very tired, could do with a bit of tlc and better cleaning done.
